If you are the uploader of the video, please change video privacy settings to 'public' at least for the time of downloading.
Try downloading the video again when the changes are applied, it should work with no problem.

Unfortunately, downloading of Soundcloud playlist is currently unavailable with 4K Video Downloader.

Directory folder where all downloaded files are stored can be found and changed to another one in Smart Mode settings and at the bottom of window that appears after the link was analyzed in 4K Video Downloader.

If you are using 4K YouTube to MP3, the directory is located in Preferences settings.

Make sure you upgraded 4K Downloader to version 4.0.
If you did and that did not solve the problem, try doing the following:
Firstly, please check your firewall or antivirus settings, they may block the download sometimes, try to switch them off completely and download something.
Secondly, please reboot your computer completely and try to download again.

You can actually remove all completed downloads by clicking the right mouse button on one of the downloads and choosing this option in the popped up list.
