Can't get 4k quality. Only goes up to 2k

I have a video that has 2160p quality, and will only download up to 1440p.

Bug report

Some problem here, .mp4 only works up to 2k... i tried to change it to .mkv, it works for some videos (original max 2160p), some other got random 360p or 1080p (this happening when the original videos is 1080p), i change it again to .mp4 to...

4K Stogram Version 2.6.10.1547 is in use. It's not downloaded. I purchased a paid license and am using it. It hasn't worked since April 6. Once in a while, the update does not seem to be working again after a while.

Video parsing and channel validation for subscriptions are taking forever...

Sometime in the last few days, video parsing and channel validation for subscriptions has slowed down to a crawl, and it's making the program almost unusable. What happened, and can this be fixed?

4K Video Downloader doesn't support 4K video download

Tried to download an 8K video, but only up to 2K is downloadable. Audio Bit rate is only supported up to 125kbps. Need 8K and 320kbps support!!!

High dpi problem

After updating to 4k Stogram 64bit, the application reconfigured itself to lower resolution version. Logfile shows "texture atlas dimensions: 1024x1024" instead of native resolution 1920x1080, which I guess is the problem. Tried uninstalling,...

Youtube links no longer work for downloading 4K, automatically reverts to 1080p only after parsing file

I've tried multiple 4K links. Only does 1080p at the highest. I'm on Windows 10. Unless its something that's screwed up with my 4k Downloader, not sure what's going on.

Can’t log in

In order to download Instagram stories you have to be logged in - but even though I’m giving the correct email/password combo and the correct verification code that Instagram emails it’s still not working. Is anyone else having this issue?...

4K Stogram is not downloading the best version of videos anymore

I've checked some sites in which you have to manually input the link to download a video and was able to get a much better quality of videos. 4K Stogram used to download those, but now it's only downloading much lower resolution versions.
