HI,why there is no download subtitle option in my software

When I am downloading the video which there is the CC sign from YouTube but there is no "download subtitles" option in the software, Why? Please help me, thank you so much!

The 4K Downloader application isn't able to download video from www.dailymotion.com

Every time I try to download a video from Dailymotion the app shows the message "parsing video" and then reports an error and stops.

Is there a way to stop it from parsing an entire channel?

There is a pop up that asked if you wanted to download entire channel but there was not a "no" button and the cancel button sets the program to start parsing an entire channel even when I only past the link of one video. So now I have to wait...
