Make more clear the difference between DELETING files from disk and CLEARING downloaded history

Use better wording. Plus, confirmation should be required for deleting files, not clearing the interface. I've lost many, many files for reasons I can't quite understand: all I know is the software is confusing and tricky. I'm stuck to auto-clear...
