Not downloading anything latest update 4.7.3.2724

Lately I've tried downloading public videos from youtube & vimeo. Can't get any to work. I've checked all my local network/router & settings. Final straw to call support. It was working fine previous to this update.

Version 4.5.0.2482

Filenames are shortened/truncated to a (too short) specific length (about 60 characters), ie unable to use filenames longer than an arbitrary length. I'm not talking about VERY long names, I know there is a 250-ish character limitation in Windows....

download just a segment (time in and out)
