Accounts are lost after closing the programme

Everytime I close the programme and open it again, all the accounts I downloaded from are gone. That also means that I can basically not shut down my computer anymore if I don't want to download everything from the start again. How can I fix this?...

Currently we are able to download posts and stories, but it would be nice if there were a function to enable downloading of tagged photos as well.

can't download file format error trap

your most recent update has caused youtube videos I attempt to download to be trapped in a " error can't find valid format" error trap in perpetuity. can I regress to the previous version until this is fixed.

I have an IDEA.. when I purchased this soft ware, the PROMISE was it produced over and above 4K quality out of normal data you tube link's. You're update today's only reason was to PROHIBIT that reason for PURCHASE.. MEANING I WAN'T MY MONEY BACK..

My idea is, either restore the previous settings or refund my money.. SIMPLE

Your latest update disable video download. Now, the drop down only allows "Extract Audio". And this is HORRIBLE timing to send out an update to screw everything up for me.

Need audio quality increments other than 128/256/320.

You can only choose 128/256 & 320. There needs to be more options like 160, 192 & 224 so you can better match what you need.

Before purchasing, downloads worked fine. After purchasing premium version, downloaded songs do not get loaded to iTunes. iTunes version 12.7.5.9
