it should not select on its own and so easily accidentally deleted so many video and no chance to recover. too bad

After installing 4K to MP3 with my admin account, it shows up and works fine. But doesn't appear at all when logged into my standard user account. Have tried a few times; same results. (Win 7.) Ideas, please?
