program only downloads 30 seconds of video, not entire video

I am trying to download a Youtube vide of 2:17 in length. I go through the process and the program seems to be working. When it finishes, however, and I play the video, there is only 30 seconds of video downloaded. I have tried several times, but...

the downloads are not embedding the subtitles!

Please add a redownload function

Sometimes the file is marked as completed, but the actual file is 0kb. To correct this we have to manually copy each incomplete file's link into a text file and then import that text file. This is a lengthy process. Thank you for reading

Paypal geht nicht
