I updated 4k video downloader to version 4.4.0.2235 and now it is not working. It just keeps parsing... please fix it. I have a samsung rv509 laptop.

your software won't open.

i used it fine yesterday. today i double click it (or right click and select open) and the circle cursor happens but the program doesn't launch. i uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't open.

If you select to not "Ask to download playlist or single video when ambiguity is detected" you can't download single video, there's an error. I could also translate your application to the polish language. Contact: hammerxpl@gmail.com

I bought DAP.. it stops working. Then tried the Free Win X, no problems compared to DAP, but the quality very poor…Then the free 4K Downloader… Downloaded the same YouTube link. With WinX the size is 70kB and poor quality, with DAP the size is 146kB

4k Video Downloader is not observing the directory I want the videos to go under.

I've check my subscriptions list and I have all videos requested to go into the "movies" folder. 4k is continually putting them under its own created folder. Please correct in the next update. Thanks

unable to download the subtitles. have attempted all the permutations and combinations possible.

I checked the "embed subtitles" in preferences and also unchecked it the second time around. the subtitles do not show in the video. Please help

Option to skip or replace an existing file.

Please add an option to replace the existing video or skip the download for existing files. It is a huge waste of time and bandwidth to re-download the whole 100+ videos just to refresh the list.

Include usernames of the photo uploader on the downloaded photos.

I downloaded photos from location for our restaurant social media use. It'd be great if we can get the names of the photo owners so we can credit them. Thank you for your awesome app by the way!
