4k stogram crashes when trying to access anything that brings up a browser

When you click on any entry under help (help center, video tutorials, ect) the application crashes. The following shows up in my debugger. This doesn't happen in the other two applications I also got. Unhandled exception at 0x661E7380...

I am using the latest version of 4k video downloader on my macbook pro running mavericks 10.9.5. It is showing error when trying to download any youtube video now. It has started happening since 2 days. It just says "Error" after parsing video...
