Wrong .deb package version number

I have downloaded and installed the latest version of 4kvideodownloader for Ubuntu 64-bit. The file name is "4kvideodownloader_3.5-1_amd64.deb", which is correct, but the version number inside of it is wrong. I'm attaching the output of dpkg-deb:
