I bought your program. but I couldn't downlead anything!!!

It's said just "error: can't downloaded"
A little before I could download everything, but at one point It didn't work.
So I thought I have to buy the license, and I bought!
But I deosn't work till now ;( So, what can I do?
Help me!! or Refund my money....
