Latest version of 4k downloader (3.6) slow to parse links on youtube

I really enjoy 4k video downloader and appreciate your program, but at the moment, the lastest version 3.6 is now slow to parse links on youtube - as at 04 August. maybe something to do with the recent youtube update? Thanks.
