Where is the link to pay in 4k Stogram (in case you want to add an arbitrary number of instagram users)

I am aware that if you don´t want to add a limited amount of users, you pay 10 dollars. I did it in my computer, but what about if I want to install a portable version in my external disk. But I dont remember where I entered (a link) to make the payment
