refund

I am going through a really stressful and dissatisfying time with your support.

I have numerously e-mailed the support team to inform you of my situation, and request for my money back and have yet to receive any qualifying answers.


I made FOUR FAILED payments, the result of which was that 1)my money was paid to you, 2)but I did not get any activation keys.

After the FOUR FAILED payments, I succeeded in purchasing the license key with a DIFFERENT card.

When I asked for the refund/cancellation of the FOUR FAILED payments, the support team told me that I have only ONE order number by the e-mail address I contacted them with (of course, because I only ever got ONE license key), and told me that refunds and cancellation can only be made based on order numbers.

After numerous e-mails, the last answer I ever received was that if my payments FAILED, then the money would eventually come back to me.

So then I asked 1) what the estimated period of time for the money to come back to my account was, and 2)what actions they can take if the money does not eventually come back to me.

Guys, I seriously don't understand why it is not possible to give my money back based on my purchase information with my card number and date of purchase, not to mention that I am just extremely upset about how I have not been receiving any answers for my last e-mail.

I have never been so dissatisfied with a support service in my previous experience, and would like a prompt solution for this problem.
