60FPS option for video capture is not displayed anymore.

Hello,
I don't know if it happens specifically since the last update but:

The 60FPS option video is not available anymore when you want to capture a video.
So you never know if you capture a video at 60FPS or less and you can't choose what you wish like previously.

This is rather unsettling, confusing and annoying, do you know the reason? Do you plan to fix this soon?
I assume it's a bug because one time I a link detection crashed and I had to stop the analyse, and then I had the 60fps option.
