After updating from 3.5.4 to 3.5.5, it doesn't show 60 fps option

After updating from 3.5.4 to 3.5.5, it shows the 720p60 and 1080p60 videos as simply 720p or 1080p. Check out this video for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iwofxk1x5oY None of the options inform me that there is a 60 fps version available, even though when I select the 1080p it actually downloads the 1080p60.
