Can't login anymore. I doublechecked my password on the website, and it doesn't work in 4k Stogram.

I noticed that 4k Stogram stopped updating photos (public or private accounts), so I checked my login information. It said that i couldn't be logged in (even though I haven't changed my password). I used the Instagram web page to make sure that I still remembered my password, but that username/password combination doesn't work in the 4K Stogram app. It says that I cannot be logged in.

Same problem here, dont download all pics. But i can log in. In version 1.8 for windows 7 64 bits the program simply dont work and close. The best app i see and dont working :(
Save o gram is dope too, i buy the pro version, but dont download private pics :(

I am unable to login. I checked my username and password many times but still I cannot login. I am on Win7Ultim-64bit using the latest build from your website. I changed my username too to check if its reflecting but in vain. Help 4K Stogram.

Same here. Version 1.9 on Windows 7 64bit. Can't login, if I click any of the tabs on top menu the program crashes. Very disappointing.

please i need help i have downloaded 4k stogram in my computer and store all my instgram pictures easily but i am facing an issue now that all my pictures while i connected my iphone to the computer installed in pictures album with separate 4k stogram album and took much soace imn my iphone and things that i can't delete this album there are no deleting options please help

Hi, I payed for the downloader and I have the problem, that i can't login to Instagram. Instagram asks for a security code that i get by SMS. But there is no possibility to enter this code in your program. :-) How can I solve it?

My accounts (private) stopped updating because I was somehow logged out and when I clicked under preferences to log in, I couldn't click on log in (the icon was there but it was grey instead of black). There was a spinning icon as though it was trying to log in but nothing would ever happen, even after hours....

my password is correct but I can't login.

I tried these
1) update with the last version
2) delete software and re-install
3) delete software and delete registry too and re-install

2. what I found
1) whenever I tried to put my account info, not only it doesn't work but also error occured
(unexpected error occured and stop )
2) whenever I tried login, there is "an unusual login attempt" alarm in my instagram(phone).
3) sometimes, suddenly works.
4) if I changed the password of instagram, there's no way to change my password in 4kstogram.
(it just continuously grey circle and never stop. we can't stop and change either. )
3) I think instagram tightened security but you don't solve that problem.

fix it, please....

I updated the program and it hasn't worked since. I can log in but it won't download new photos. I uninstalled and went back to the previous version and it still won't download. It shows I am logged in. I cleared my registry then reinstalled again and it's still not downloading anything even though I am logged in. I deleted the folder and even changed the folder location and it still wont download anymore photos. I got to the IG accounts via browser and the accounts all have new pics. Turned off my anti virus and firewall and it still wont download. What can I do to make this thing work again?

I'm having the same issue as Lex. I've tried everything i can think of but none of my followed/subscribed accounts are downloading new images even though there have been new postings.

Using latest version of 4K stogram, can't login, it blocked my account, I checked account through browser, it worked fine there. Will you fix it asap. thanks.

this fixed up the unable to log in issue for me.

For Windows;
in your Windows registry Navigate to:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\4kdownload.com\4K Stogram\Settings\

open sessionid value, and remove value data.

then restart 4k Stogram and enter your instagram login information again.

They released a new version 2.6.16 but the problem wasn't solved.
If i run in verbose mode, when i try to login and put the sms code i have this:

[AuthPerform] perform two factor auth

4K Stogram shows I'm not logged in instagram, and does not allow me to log in. version: 2.6.17.1620

4K Stogram say: "To secure your account Instagram will send you a security code to verify your identity. How do you want to receive your code?" - but no menu for it

Hi

I am experiencing the same issue. I do receive the code by email but when entering it onto 4k Stogram it doesn't recognize it and then I am stuck and can't do anything.

Any idea how to solve this?

I couldn't sign in with 2-step authentication, program didn't accept the code (by Googel Authenticator even by SMS). I disabled 2-step authentication, but the program still needs code via e-mail, you couldn't imagine, didn't accept it. :D What's next, except I'll uninstall this sit forever? :D

I'm having trouble staying logged in.
4K Stogram seems to log out every time the application quits, and I have to open the preference panel and retype my password on every launch.

I am having the same issue - I'm putting in the code I'm getting sent and it's acting like it's incorrect. And even when I check 'this is me' on the pop up from instagram that doesn't work either. Please fix this issue asap.

Hi there, i have the same problem, since last wednesday, about 4:40 pm, then i tried several times on thursday n only 3 times works but just for a lil bit of time, today is the same thing, keeps searching without downloading nothing, i keep trying n works for just a few seconds, n then keeps searching, this happend since instagram had a problem, n i don't know whats Instagram API but thats the cause of the problem, hope they can fix this cause i really need it, the only thing we can do for now is keep trying all day, open n closing the program, n if ur lucky it would work just for a lil bit, good luck

yeah it kinda sucks how 4k stogram now is less usable.

the only thing to make it still work is to log out, it will start updating normally but without the stories and only work for public accounts.

I only recently buy the premium license too (not with this email ofc). If I had know stogram will be broken like this, I ain't gonna buy the premium license lol.

also wasn't happy that you removed the every 5 minutes auto update, would be nice if you can update whenever new contents uploaded by the ones you subscribed (stories, highlights, posts, etc)

Hi, macOS Catalina (10.15.3) user here
I simply cannot log in. After entering my login and password, I receive a "XXX XXX" verification code by text from Instagram, but it doesn't seem to work. I've tried without a space ("XXXXXX") and replacing the space with a dash ("XXX-XXX") but nothing seems to work.
