yes we need a resume function but we also need the ability to override other downloads with the same name (for example) your client crashes multiple times and you get a name something like Boris Mihajlovic - Run (2) (2) (2) (2) (2) (2) (2) see now i don't need all those extra (2)'s i would rather redownload the file with the correct name and delete the other incomplete downloads that have failed

Seriously, this has been a great help *eyes rolled* We're about to step into 2017...
It has been forced complete the download of a 40mb video while I'm using a 100m broadband service...

We are now Feb 2017 and still no progress on 'Resume Download'. Come on 4K Boffs... GET WORKING ON IT. I'm a paid user and I would like this function implemented. One reason being is I am suffering from constant crashes and I have to keep restarting 4K, where the downloads all have to start AGAIN, from the beginning.

PLEASE FIX THE RESUME FUNCTIONALITY.

AND PLEASE CHECK TO SEE IF THE FILE ALREADY EXISTS AND DON'T OVERWRITE IF IT DOES -- OR GIVE ME AN OPTION.

I'VE DOWNLOADED 1000'S OF AUDIO FROM ONE CHANNEL BUT TRY TO GET THE MISSING FEW TRACKS RECENTLY UPLOADED AND AM FORCED TO ERASE ALL THE OLD DOWNLOADS -!?!?!

This Would be great. I have a connection that goes offline intermittently and when it does, it displays "error" on all the new videos, and I can't see how to resume them.

It would be fantastic if they would automatically pic =k up again. I love how the software just automatically checks all my favorite channels and downloads the new videos.

ti's hard enough to even get the program to stay open and download a channel. It's taking me over 4 1/2 hours to download a channel of 1400+ videos and I have high speed internet. It has been "parsing" the videos for that long. They shouldnt be charging money for this shit.

sorry terrible program. constant crashes, can't resume broken downloads, got to start downloads all over again so u end up with hundreds of useless files and wasted bandwidth etc etc etc... etc etc...it sucks

This is crazy. The program crashed midway through the process and then there is no way to resume where it stopped. How can this possible be acceptable? After paying for this I assumed it offered this as a feature being that it is required in many other programs. Can you please make an update that supports resume? I have all these files now that are not even .mp3 and I can't drag them back into the program to resume them so now I am left to delete them all and start from scratch? RUBBSIH!

The "resume" function's not the only problem when using 4k Downloader.

-Error: cannot download/remux messages occur repeatedly
-Downloads are incomplete when converting and halfway finished
-Have to copy video link and re-downloading them in the case of the above two, one link at a time
-Unable to copy multiple video links at once
-Download abruply finishes, but no file size and 0 bytes

This is why it's not worth using this program, even for the subtitles. Just not worth it at all.

All downloads should resume automatically.

This feature is still very broken! When a video fails for some reason half way through, it won't report so, and won't resume! It will try once, and then give up, so I won't even be notified it failed!

Unacceptable!
