Hi,

Daniel is correct it seems to be a bug.
In 4k YouTube to Mp3 Preferences are set to DL the highest quality bit rate (High (320 kbps)) however the files outputted from this are at the low bit rate of 128 kbps.

Both Windows and VLC media player see this for all of the songs.
This has happened to playlists and also individual song links.
