The ability to set general options would be great. A few things would be maximum bandwidth allocated to all downloads, how many files to download at once, and queue management like being able to drag around which video to download first. There also i

I have 320 videos in my largest playlist (I have three), and downloading them all at once in HD would kill my 100 Gb/month ISP bandwidth cap. What I would like is to be able to set the bandwidth cap to 50 or 75 Gb per month, have 4K Video Downloader grab as much as it can, then continue downloading the playlist the next month and the month after, picking up where it left off each time, until it finally has my entire playlist. Of course, there will be new videos added, so it would be nice if it could also check my playlist for new additions.

It should also check for missing files when YouTube deletes a video, give a missing file error report with the missing video information (assuming this is stored in a YouTube playlist file so I can locate an alternate video ...there's always another somewhere), and continue on.

In the newest version I can select how many files can be downloaded simultaneously , but that does not effect the total bandwidth.
