Won't Run on Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon

4K Video Downloader won't run on Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64-bit.

The reason is that the program requires libc-2.27
Mint 18.3 only has libc-2.23

As libc is a foundational library, you can't update it, unless it is released in the update manger.
