Video with audio

It took over an hour to download a video. I play it and get nice video with no audio. Do I have to pay an " upgrade to premium " ransom to get audio with my video? What a piece of shit!!!

If it's only one video that has an issue, then I can try it and see if I can reproduce the issue on my side.
