folder problem

In the beginning, I would download a video and it would place the downloaded video in a single folder marked 4k video downloader in my computer's video folder. At first it was just a single 4k folder that the videos were placed in, but then it got to be 8 folders inside each other where you open one folder then there was the next folder and one had to repeat the process till finally one reached the final one that had the video. At times the video's title was messed up, like, instead of the full title that was present before download, it would, after download in the folder, state only 4k. I checked to find settings to correct this could not find it, not even preferences. This action is annoying and frustrating, and lowers desirability for your product. There must be a way to correct this problem and return it back to the beginning and one folder only for the downloaded videos.
