Latest update (Dec2019), now I can't DL above 128kbps

Hi there, I am having an issue with the 4k YT to MP3 program, after I ran the latest update (3.10.1.3255) I can no longer download in 320kbps. The videos/ songs are in 1080p/ HQ on YT and my preferences are correctly set but it only downloads the link into 128kbps. I have tried playing around with the preferences and even uninstalling + reinstalling the program only to have the same result. I have the non-premium version and thought this may be a way to make your free users upgrade or some sort of new attempt by YT to eliminate ripping. This makes me sad as I am a recent user of only a few months. The 4k programs are pretty damn good and are so far they're my favourite and I enjoy using them very much. One day I will upgrade to premium.
