After upgraded to 4kvideodownloader_4.10.1-1_amd64.deb the software not opening

Hi, I am a licensed user of 4kvideodownloader. Today when I install the 4kvideodownloader_4.10.1-1_amd64.deb software in a new pc, it is not working.

I mean it is installed but when I click software icon it is not opening.

I have also reinstall the software by 4kvideodownloader_4.10.1-1_amd64.deb to upgrade the software. Facing same issue.

My OS is Linux Mint.
