Can you please allow me to configure webmail for unsupported site requests?

Whenever I run across the dreaded "unsupported site - please ask for this to be supported" message every time I click on the link it throws me out telling me my client is not properly configured.
Sorry, but it is - I use Webmail, and Chrome - I do not use IE or an email client and it seems this is the problem. Can this please get added so I can configure my default webmail application (in my case, Gmail) so that is launched to submit these reports?
I am a paid user of this excellent tool, and find this whole area the most frustrating thing about the tool.
