Add Support For Bitchute.com Channel Supscriptions

Due to youtube's policy of banning anything with which they don't agree, many people are turning to Bitchute.com instead. It would be really helpful if we could add channels from Bitchute to 4K Download's Subscription services the way that we can currently for youtube.

I was going to suggest the same thing. To keep business going you guys have got to add bitchute as it's the future as of yet.
