Add new variants of quality: "highest quality", "lowest quality" and "mean quality (e. g., 480p or 128 kbps)"

Add new variants of quality (described higher) to avoid automatic choosing of unwanted quality when previous video/audio You downloaded has lower maximal quality than next videos/audios You want to download.

For example:
You always want to download highest quality video/audio. First video has resolution 720p and second video has resolution 8K. When You download first video and want to download the second one You must always change quality setting from 720p to 8K instead of just choosing "Highest quality" setting.
