I have purchased the full program 4k Video Downloader and have a problem that not all tracks/videos can be dl in video or mp3 format. EG Link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ErntJrtQGBg
It's from Youtube Vevo, though I am unable to dl other youtube videos also. I also upon right clicking eg videos cannot find the address which I normally can to dl entire playlists, and the main top bar of the browser address doesn't work either.
I am running up to date Firefox, have tried Firewall etc off, with still the same problem,
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
