Can't open download in itunes

Bug?
Download is successful. Can play it with 4K but not with fast preview and it won't open in iTunes.

Working with 4K version 3..8.2.3082
Safari Version 13.0 (13608.1.49)
OS 10.13.6 (17G8030)
