My 4k Stogram doesn't work at all

My 4k Stogram hasn't worked properly for over a month. To download Stories and highlight I had to log out and back in several times but now it won't download anything at all. I tried removing it and redownloading to try and fix the problem but it wouldn't let me, so I wiped my computer and redownloaded it and its still doing the same thing.
