When attempting to download video program consistently defaults to audio extract with no video option.I have a paid version. Other free video download program (freemaker) downloads video with no issues. This is only a recent (past month) issue. 4K Video downloader will no longer download YouTube videos

Should I uninstall and reinstall?
I have shut down program, and pc, rebooted and issue remains.

I am a paid user and I have exactly the same problems, starting a couple of weeks ago. For Youtube videos I have only the "audio extract" option available, or using "smart mode" parsing will be unsuccessful, or only audio will download. On a few occasion, after many tries, a very low quality video download with audio attached, even though 720 or 1080 video was available.

It seems 4K needs an urgent update.

To add to my previous comment, even the ONLINE version of 4K is not able to download these videos either.
