Introduce text-only listing of subscriptions for lower memory usage

Currently, 4k Stogram is a real memory hog at startup because it loads all the thumbnails for all the subscriptions. This becomes a major issue when dealing with a large number of subscriptions. It would make a whole lot of sense to offer a text-only listing with an optional "Show Thumbnails" button beside each account name, which would reveal the account's profile picture.
