Unfortunately, Instagram has significantly lessened the limit for number of requests, that’s why there is a situation when Instagram servers return the error "Too many requests".
In this case, the application stops operating for a while. Could you please set auto-update to 12 hours or 1 day and see whether the work is resumed? If it doesn’t help, could you please temporarily disable auto-update and try to update needed accounts manually separately ? After that, please check if downloading process is resuming.
We are working on finding a solution for this Instagram change, adopt to it and release the update asap. As soon as it is released, 4K Stogram will popup a notification with the update. Please, stay tuned!
the only and simple solution is to make a timed subscriptions update, one by one, not "all at the same time" like it has been until now.
we have been telling you this for months.
