Please make sure you are using the latest 2.7.3 version of 4K Stogram.
If it doesn't help, please contact support@4kdownload.com, they will help you asap.
The latest version on your website is still "2.7.3.1805" and was released on "Aug. 9, 2019". It doesn't help. Contacting support doesn't go any further than one reply and despite chasing emails for weeks on end, gives nothing. What's the point in emailing support if they don't have the courtesy to reply back.
