MKV-Resolution Bug for YOUTUBE
(1080p source downloaded as 360p/480p) in 4K-Video-Downloader, v4.8.2.2902/Win64bit (Paid/Premium)

1) Description: Whenever i add a playlist from Youtube, and Smartmode is configured as "MKV/BestQuality", it downloads only with a very LOW QUALITY (360p, 480p), even though the original in youtube is 1080p, same with 1080p60 or 720p original, etc.

2) Details: NOTE: This Behaviour is NOT Present when using either "MP4/BestQuality" or "FLV/BestQuality", this bug ONLY exists for MKV.
NOTE: Same when i explicitly request 1080p, for a video which youtube-Webpage clearly offers and plays at 1080p, the downloaded resolution is very low (360p, 480p)
NOTE: Occasionally, one single video in a long playlist gets the correct resolution, but only one in ten or twenty, rest of videos is wrong resolution
with Smartmode selected to "Highestz Quality"

3) This bug was freshly introduced with the newest version v4.8.2.2902 (Pro/Paid); with my last use of 4KDL was in Early July, this behaviour was never shown in that previous version.

4) Reproduction:
-) Start 4K-Video-Downloader,v4.8.2.2902
-) Configure SmartMode to SmartModeEnabled, "MKV/BestQuality", (NoSubtitles)
-) Add playlist https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLnIE0W-m629cPMmOWyJHwyqh29oCzLKEb
-) Select 'Full playlist'
==>> Files will be 360p/480p ==>> WRONG
-) Change SmartMode to "MP4/BestQuality", remove previous target directory
-) Add same playlist, Select 'Full playlist'
==>> Files will be 1080p ==>> WRONG

5) Background: My system is a Windows10Pro, EN-US, 64bit, 64GB RAM, Xeon-E5, 10+Cores, enough bandwidth (500mbit ADSL)

6/PS) PLEASE CHANGE your Problem report system! It is NOT possible to file a normal bug report via "Report a problem", because the Subject i have to enter is compared to existing bugentries and ALWAYS rejected because system says "similar entries exist".
This is RIDICULOUS, even when i enter the word "resolution", it already blocks me. Any sane rephrasing was rejected, i had to circumvent by changing o to 0, etc - i assume a video app like 4K downloader might have more than one bugreportworthy problem with same word 'resolution' or '1080p' in the subject..?

Anyway, PLEASE fix this bug asap, MKV is a huge advantage compared to mp4, in filesize at similar quality. Also, it is very unnerving to suddenly find out all the downloads i did this week have to be redone because the quality is atrocious, please f
