Update the Subscriptions - overall subscriptions settings

As well as having a settings thingy for each single subscription, how about a settings thingy for ALL the subscriptions? So instead of manually resetting EVERY SINGLE SUBSCRIBED CHANNEL I just hit the single overall settings button, and change the lot in one single button click after you update the app!
