Windows 64bit - Application window is too large for screen on launch. Window cannot be manually resized.

Windows 64bit - Application window is too large for screen on launch. Window cannot be manually resized. It fits screen if snapped to side of screen. Software is very nice on a Mac, rather poor on WIndows.
