can't choose video quality

All my video's from Youtube are downloaden in 1080P, even when they are originally 4K.
Trying to download in 4K, but when I paste the URL in the programm, it inmidiatly download in 1080P.
Where do I choose the video quality as I see in the faqs and how to's. I just can't find that opion.
