THERE IS NO WORKING CONTACT FOR QUESTIONS ABOUT PURCHSE. YOU TALKED ME OUT OF IT ALREADY

First of all you make it so bloody hard to even get to where a person would find purchase info that I'm pissed to have had to waste so much time on that, the I finally get there and you have this stupid bollix piece of crap button that's not linked so I can't ask questions about the product or your insane license info, I can only feedback. WHICH WE ll know is WORTHLESS WAY TO BLOW PEOPLE OFF. YOU SHOULD have a way for people to ask questions about purchase. You already TALKED ME OUT OF BUYING IT BECAUSE YOUR insane TIE IN WITH THE USERS HDD. Its either a damned license or its not, and if I can use it on 3 machines then I should be able to use it on and 3 damned HDD I want or machines and however many HDD I want to shove in the machine. I change HDD like some people change sox. I have stacks of the things. I build my own machines, so no way in hell would I spend money on this thing when I can't use the purchase on any HDD I want to shove in my box. Plus what about MY MACHINE WITH RAID ARRAYS? By your standards that one machine gets marked on more HDDs than your personal license covers. I've used this software in the past and I stopped because it was flaky as hell a and grief stricken program that just eventually wasted my time. I'm guessing that every new version you guys set something up to erode or destroy or have some time bomb written into the code to make it fall apart at the seams. This sample I installed appears to function but for how long? It doesn't matter because I won't tie a license into a HDD anyway. WTF were you all thinking? And who makes a web site that doesn't have explicit purchase information available on an obvious link? WHO DOES THAT? Why don't you just add a link to pirates bay. Thats all you are accomplishing by pissing people off. If you werent idiots I would have had a license and been on my way is in a fraction of the time this bollix has taken. I can see the software isn't just the flaky part....its the organization behind it. Seriously, who doesn't make "BUY ME" an obvious thing on their site?!
