I have been using 4K Downloader for a time and now having can't donwload You Tube and getting wrong information in the parsing box. Thank you Kenneth Henderson/Australia

The problem has been over the week. For a day or so I suddenly realised it was instantly converting YT mp4 to MP3 which I did not set up as I have separate 4K for that. I wondered why I was getting a box with Extract and not Download. I get this Can't Download message and I try again and sometimes it works or the Can't download starts to download.
The same happens most of the time with VSO downloader which also for YT only although it downloads other formats OK and some but not all Facebook videos.
I also have Free Download or whatever from Digital Wave Ltd and a month ago I was having trouble and I was told to redownload the software for the YT part of their program. I did and nearly finished installing when a message was thrown up and would not complete but I kept trying. In the meantime the lady there said she would pass the request to the techies and they will get back to you. Yesterday, after hearing no further I got a message back re a follow up a few days earlier telling me they don't have enough resources to deal with the problem and said "maybe"(my quotes) they will fix it one day and that was that and it is not on my machine. Can you help me with your software problem?
