I have a problem for 2 days now downloading links (yourube). I paste the link to the 4K downloader... it then says "parsing videos" and then just NOT download them.

I have a problem for 2 days now downloading links (youtube). I paste the link to the 4K downloader... it then says "parsing videos" and then just NOT download them. I've been using this program for years (with my paid subscription) but for the past 2 days it won't work. Please advise! BTW.......... there have been NO changes to ANY of my computer programs and no viruses or such).
