Alert user to any higher resolution versions of video, eg. better mkv version available if using mp4 dropdown list

Sometimes there exists a higher resolution video file in a different format to what you are looking at. 4K Video Downloader can hide this if you are selecting from the 'wrong' format dropdown list. A star or other icon would be a handy alert.
