My videos that I'm trying to download won't download and say their's an error

Whenever I go download a video for some odd reason It'll look like its working completely fine but then it will say in a second later error cannot be downloaded and this happens to every video I try to download. Is there a way you guys can fix it? or is it something else as a reason to this problem.
