I'm unable to pay for the $20 4k downloader + audio, etc pack. It says it expires tomorrow. NEED HELP PLEASE!

I tried giving my credit card and tried through Paypal. I know both of methods of payments work.

The credit card said it was denied 3x, but it didn't try to process. I've purchased with it today and after this error.

then, I tried Paypal and it says that it can't open up Paypal.

I'm trying to take advantage of the special for $20 to get the 4k downloader, audio, photo etc package before tomorrow when the special is over.

Please help me,
