My downloader keeps telling me Error: can't download. Can someone please help? Just downloaded.

I just downloaded the software last night, and I have been having a problem downloading this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y0ZbzPGQ9wg Every time I try, it gives me the message "Error: can't download" but nothing else. I have it set to a high quality download.
