4K youtube to mp3 suddenly stopped working for any and all youtube links. Have used it for a couple years it seems and never had a problem. 4K Video still works as it always has.

Any and all links put into 4K YouTube to MP3 do not work . When it gets to the convert part of download it fails (Error can't convert). I've used your products for a few years and never had a problem. This has been going on a few months now..Same computer, no changes. All the other 4K programs work as usual. I started downloading the music tracks using the 4K YouTube to video downloader and then convert to a mp3 using another program. Just letting you know of the problem...I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times, must be my laptop somehow, but don't have a clue why it's the only program not working.
