Add an option to prefer certain formats when downloading a channel

When I download channels or playlists, I can choose only one format I want to download as, and if it's not available for a specific video then the program will download that video in the highest available quality. I like the current GUI so I don't want the whole thing changed. I'd instead like to suggest a separate screen where you can arrange a list of prioritized formats.

For example, I'd like MKV at the highest possible resolution to be my default when I download a channel. But if it's not available, then the next option in the list would be chosen. You could populate the list to be something like this:

MP4 2K
MP4 1080p 60fps
MKV 1080p
MP4 1080p
MKV 720p
... and so on.

If this list feature is infeasible, then an option to prefer MKV or MP4 at the highest available resolution would be enough.
