When I upgraded to version 4.4, I get error messages when trying to download videos. Version 4.2 works fine, but not 4.4. Any problems reported?

Chrome. PC. Was uploading YouTube videos. When done, I decided to upgrade from 4.2 to 4.4 from your website download. After doing that, I can no longer upload YouTube videos! I keep getting "Error: can't download" Multiple tries yield the same result. Should I completely delete 4KD and try reinstalling from scratch again?
